This is the information for the 2008 Delaware County Carpenter Cup team. Our franchise consists of players from the Central League and Del/Val Leagues.

In 2005 the Delaware County team advanced to the finals for the 1st time in franchise history.
We’d like to build upon previous success by advancing well into the tournament and capturing a title at Citizens Bank Park. We hope you are ready for the challenge!
The outline below should answer any questions you may have:
Carpenter Cup Practice is Cancelled for Thursday 6/5. Players should still report to Penncrest to receive jerseys and other information. You will be here about 15 - 20 minutes.

At the first tryout you must bring the following:
1. Two checks, both payable to: DELCO Cup Team. A check in the amount of $35, which pays for your own personalized shirt and hat. A second check in the amount of $10 will cover operational costs of the tryouts and is non-refundable. If you do not make the team your $35 check will be returned. Do not combine the Checks!
2. Profile Sheet - You must do this only if you make the team. It must be done by Tuesday May 27, 2008. And must be completely filled out online here.
3. A Signed Consent and Release Form. Download here.
4. You must have plain white pants with belt loops. Kelly’s Sports in West Chester has offered Wilson or Rawlings 30” inseam heavyweight wrap knit pant for $28. Ken McGrogan is our contact.
You must have ALL materials in order to tryout!
All equipment - bats and catcher’s equipment must be provided by you.
*You must be available for all dates of competition listed on the schedule. One loss will eliminate us from the tournament.
No injured player will be permitted to tryout without written permission from a physician.
Tickets will be sold at the park. Players should arrive at least an hour and a half (1 1/2) before scheduled game.
