2010 Carpenter Cup

This is the information for the 2010 Delaware County Carpenter Cup team.  Our franchise consists of players from the Central League and Del/Val Leagues and Sun Valley.

Please be sure you have everything listed and make sure you meet all deadlines!

The outline below should answer any questions you may have:

 At the first tryout you must bring the following:

1.  Two checks, both payable to: DELCO Cup Team.  A check in the amount of $45, which pays for your own personalized shirt and hat.  A second check in the amount of $10 will cover operational costs of the tryouts and is non-refundable.  If you do not make the team your $45 check will be returned.  Do not combine the Checks!

2. A Signed Consent and Release Form.  Download here.

You must have ALL materials in order to tryout!

Players Who Make the Team Must Do the Following:

1.  Profile Sheet - You must do this only if you make the team.  It must be done by Monday May 31, 2009. And must be completely filled out online here. If you have not taken the SAT's enter 0 in the box for score.

2. You must have plain white pants with belt loops to wear on game days.  Weart your tryout shirt, game shirt, belt socks and hat. Belts will be collected upon elimination.

3. Photo Forms – We will email or give you photo order forms once we receive them.  A team picture will take place before our game on June 8.  Individual pictures may be ordered as well.  Bring your photo order form and a check in an envelope with Delaware County written on the envelope and your uniform number.

All equipment - bats and catcher’s equipment must be provided by you.

*You must be available for all dates of competition listed on the schedule.  One loss will eliminate us from the tournament.

No injured player will be permitted to tryout without written permission from a physician.

Tickets ($5) will be sold at the park.  Players should arrive at least an hour and a half (1 1/2) before scheduled game.
